T-ball

We are so excited that the day has finally come to sign Landon, our 4 year old, up for t-ball. We have dreamed about this day since he was born. I can't believe it's here already, he has grown so fast :( Its going to be an exciting summer to watch him play and see him interact with kids his age I just know he's gonna have a BALL ;)

Blessing!

In February 2009 my husband and I decided to add to our family of three, what I didn't realize was the long journey that was ahead of us in making that dream come true. With our first son it took us exactly 11 months to conceive so I assumed the second time around it would happen faster but we were not so lucky. We tried for about year to a year and a half before we sought help. First thing my doctor wanted to do was run some tests so I had a hysterosalpingogram to make sure my tubes weren't blocked. Gladly they weren't. Next they wanted to rule out my husband. So they did a sperm test and he had great count and great motility so he was fine so at that point it was me. So she then decided to have me take ovulation tests and to try that for a while. Well that didn't work and after some blood work they told me I didn't ovulate or had sporadic ovulation so she wanted me to try a fertility drug called Clomid. So we did 3 rounds of 50mg and had no luck so she bumped me up to 100mg which I did for 1 month before we decided to take it a step further and do Clomid with IUI (inter uterine insemination) which I was so scared to do cause I new there was even more of a chance of getting multiples than with the Clomid alone. At this point I was wanting a baby so bad that didn't matter enough to not go ahead with. So we did that in November of 2010 and after the dreaded two week wait we were yet once again disappointed. So we took a break and decided to give Clomid alone one more chance by itself in January 2011. But unfortunately it still didn't work :( I was devastated and was ready to give up. Through this all I drew closer to God and had been asking him a lot to bless us with another child and was getting to the point were it was consuming my life so Jason my husband and I decided to let it all be in Gods hands and if he wanted us to have a baby it would happen in his time. So we just went ahead with life enjoying what of it I could. In February 11, 2011 just one month after giving up I was LATE, but to nervous to take a test cause I knew it was going to be negative, so I went on for three days when I got the news my sister was pregnant, I was excited but so sad that it wasn't me. The next day I was feeling really sick like I had a sinus infection so I wanted to take some medicine but if I was pregnant I needed to be careful of what I took. So I bought a test and took it at my mom and dads and much to my surprise it was positive. I came running out of the bathroom in tears of joy screaming "I'm pregnant" nobody believed me but it was true :) God knew when the right time was and we didn't need any help with drugs just his will. 9 months later we welcomed or second baby boy Mason Graham and am so happy to have our little BLESSING.

Mason is 4 Months Old Today

I can't believe Mason is 4 months old today, this time is flying by. I can't also believe how he's changed over these 4 months. At 4 months he can roll over both ways, blow raspberries, and just started eating solids. I am so excited for the next few months as I know they will be exciting and full of milestones!
